We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from UsedWatchParts.com. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except if we shipped the wrong part or the item arrives damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

If you believe you have received the incorrect part, please reach out to our friendly customer service team at usedwatchparts@gmail.com. Simply include your order number and details about the issue, and we will promptly provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Defective Items
